 Lilly is a 7-month-old Chihuahua/fox terrier/Pomeranian mix puppy. She can be somewhat shy, but once she feels safe she loves car rides and is drawn to young children. She and her three siblings were originally bottle-fed and raised by VHS staff in foster care after their mother passed away.
