Roscoe is a huge staff/volunteer favorite at the Vanderburgh Humane Society. He’s a male black & white Lab/hound mix. He was transferred in from Evansville Animal Control, so VHS has no background information on him at all. He’s currently healing from an undiagnosed skin condition (it is not mange, but may be some type of allergy.) He also appears to have some hip problems that may require surgery, X-rays, or therapy. Roscoe definitely needs a special family that can give him the care that he needs. He’s friendly with other dogs, cats, small animals, people, and loves car rides and walks well on a leash!
