Draco is a male pit bull mix and he happens to be deaf! Deaf dogs’ temperaments can often vary. They are either very very confident because noises don’t scare them, or they can be nervous because they feel vulnerable without their sense of sound. Draco is the latter. He wants to be close to people but normal things like walking on a leash and riding in a car seem a little scary to him. He will need a family that can be patient with him and work with positive reinforcement to help him be more confident. Draco is only about a year old and is already neutered & ready to go home today.
