Jughead is a shy little hound mix. He’s about a year old. He’s very scared in the shelter environment so he needs someone who will help him warm up! Especially since he’s had a pretty turbulent first year of life, ending up at Evansville Animal Care & Control first and now at VHS. Adoption fee is $110.
