The mortgage that we posted is what is available through public records. We assume that the term must have been extended since the mortgage has not been released.
Looks to me like Centre City did not pay the Fall-2010 or the Spring-2011 property taxes in the tune of $ 22,555 (m/l). How do you say “Sheriff’s Sale”?
Kunkel did not pay property taxes for an entire year on the old unclaimed freight building. They only got current this year. I guess Centre City looked at Kunkel and thought: “what the hey”, we are not sticking around anyway, if they can do it we damn sure can do it.
