Traffic stop leads to DUI arrest

Evansville Police arrested 27 year old KYLE MONTGOMERY on several charges following a traffic stop around 11:15 Thursday night.
Montgomery was stopped in the 2900 block of Dearborn after an officer saw him commit several moving violations. When the officer began speaking with Montgomery, he noticed several signs of intoxication as well as open beer cans in the car.
Montgomery failed a series of field sobriety tests. Montgomery had a blood alcohol level of .23%.
Montgomery was arrested for OMVWI .23%, Disregarding a Traffic Signal, and for having Open Alcohol Container in the car.
