The English as a Second Language Program, along with Bosse High School, is planning its multicultural event Festival of Nations on April 16, from 6-8 p.m. The event is sponsored by a grant from the Public Education Foundation and is free and open to the public.
The event will take place in the Bosse High School cafeteria and is designed to be a place where EVSC students, representing 33 different languages and countries, will come to connect with the community — sharing their culture, dance, songs, games, etc…
A variety of vendors are also planned to have samples of food and other artifacts available for viewing. They include:Â Qdoba Mexican Grill, Mnna Mediterranean Grill, Acropolis, Taj Mahal, Taste of India, Exotic Eyebrows Threading Salon, and River City Food Co-op.
