Congressman Larry Bucshon, M.D. released the following statement after taking his official oath of office as U.S. Representative for Indiana’s 8th Congressional District.

Dr. Bucshon stated:

“I’m honored to be sworn in as a member of the 114th Congress to represent the 8th District of Indiana,” said Bucshon. “The New Year presents a new opportunity to build on our accomplishments of the past few years and move forward good, Conservative policy. The American people spoke loud and clear by expanding our Republican majority in the House and electing a Republican majority in the Senate because they are tired of inaction. I’m ready to work to promote the priorities of hardworking Americans – lower costs at home, more take-home pay, expanded choice and opportunity, and a stronger America abroad.”
