As of November 3, EWSU is suspending all water shutoffs and late fees for 90 days. While water shutoffs and late fees are suspended, customers remain responsible for timely payment of their water and sewer services. It is important for customers to contact EWSU Customer Service as quickly as possible to set up payment arrangements to help reduce outstanding balances on their account. Setting up payment arrangements will allow customers to make smaller payments over time while keeping their account in good standing.
