EVANSVILLE, IN – The countdown is on! The 103rd West Side Nut Club Fall Festival is just days away, and we’re rolling out the red carpet for the best Fall Festival in the nation, as voted by USA Today! Mark your calendars for an unforgettable week of fun, food, and festivities from October 7th to 12th, with exciting activities kicking off even earlier!
Halfpot Hype!
Join us for the largest halfpot in the nation, pre-festival sales on October 3rd and 4th at the Mead Johnson parking lot (Lloyd Expressway & St. Joe Ave) from 12 PM to 8 PM, and continuing on the 5th and 6th from 10 AM to 7 PM. Five halfpot booths will be open and selling all week from 10 AM-10 PM and 8 AM-7PM on Saturday, October 12th. The thrill of winning awaits and check out the new and improved booths!~
Family Day Fun!
Bring the kiddos for Family Day on October 6th, presented by United Fidelity Bank! Enjoy all Kiddie Rides that are open, and while the food booths get prepared, WSNC members will be selling delicious treats.
Festival Launch!
The official festivities kick off on Monday, October 7th at 10 AM, with over 120 booths ready to serve up a culinary feast. Our non-profit food booths will be dishing out mouth watering options daily from 10 AM to 9 PM. And don’t forget—the halfpot sales continue during these hours, culminating in the grand drawing on Saturday, October 12th at 8 PM!
Ride Into the Fun!
Rides will be open throughout the week—Monday through Thursday from 2 PM to 10 PM, Friday from 12 PM to 10 PM, and Saturday from 11 AM to 10:30 PM. Be sure to check our social media for advance wristband purchases to skip the lines!

Saturday, Oct 12: Pet Parade kicks off at 10 AM, followed by the Grand Parade at 4:30 PM, featuring Grand Marshall Al Unser, Jr. Don’t miss the Halfpot drawing at 7:45 PM, and the grand finale with Monsters of Yacht, hailing from Nashville! Monsters of Yacht ® has toured from coast to coast performing at events ranging from large festivals, exclusive private events in THE legendary Bel Air California neighborhood, to household-name top national corporate executive events held at the most upscale Atlantic coastal resorts. The band’s members are professional and the show connects with audiences.
