On August 1, the CCO held a luncheon with a panel discussion about law and order in Vanderburgh County. The discussion was led by former state representative Ryan Hatfield, and the panelists included Vanderburgh County Sheriff Noah Robinson, Judge Les Shively, and Chief Deputy Prosecutor Winston Lin.
The conversation covers a variety of topics and deserves a listen.
“Convicted felons. We need to forgive these people. Not send them to prison. This is the Christian way. We are Christians after all. Those rules shouldn’t apply to Trump.”
Hmmm.
What it means to be a Christian, these days? Boy. That sure changed. Well, at least for Christians that think Trump (Felon, liable for rape, thinks of wives as girlfriends…and it’s ok to have sex with other “girlfriends” when married to his own ‘girlfriend.’) is a Christian Savior? “My favorite felon? Yes. I believe that cheater and liar and felon is chosen by God.”
And you actually think you’re still a Christian? Joke.
(……Al Sharpie is scared, in a panic attack. See other CCO Column on the Supreme Court, today.)
