Brava! Senator Becker, I stand with your principled opposition to S.B.1.
We Hoosiers kick this ball around, like the rest of the nation, pretending that abortion is one more issue that can be decided democratically by popular opinion. Slavery was debated in much the same fashion in the 1850’s. All this hogwash, referring to abortion as “health care” is just that. Abortion, plain and simple, is a process whereby an innocent life is sacrificed by a promiscuous and immoral generation to conceal their sin against the Creator and Sustainer of all life, Almighty God, who, no matter what faith one ascribes to, in every major faith in the World, forbids murder. Abortion is not care, it is murder, and the nation that condones it will pay an eternal price for it’s evil. No vote can make evil into good! Abomination is not decided by a democratic process!
