I was also curious as to why our judge was unavailable. I’m sure his answer was honest and correct, but, he didn’t answer the question posed by Mr. Barton. If he had cited “personal reasons” without specifics, that would have been a reasonable answer to the question.
Instead, it sounded more like “lawyer speak”.

I agree, Mr. Hostettler. Either it’s “lawyer speak” or someone on staff wrote his reply to The New Harmony Gazette. In either case he’s being evasive. Thanks
