Evansville Events To Salute Military Service

Nov. 11 is set aside each year to honor military members for their service to our nation. In Evansville, there are several events taking place this week celebrating Veterans Day:

Wednesday – Veterans are invited to the Annual Veteran Recognition and Vendor Fair where they can meet with representatives from several organizations to learn more about important resources and programs.

Lunch will be served, door prizes will be awarded and each veteran will receive a special gift. A $5 donation is requested from all non-veteran guests. Doors open at 10 a.m. at the National Guard Armory, 3300 E. Division St. in Evansville.
