3. I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9): To discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employees.  This subdivision does not apply to a discussion of the salary, compensation, or benefits of employees during a budget process.

7. MERIT AWARD RECOMMENDATION:

1. 1. Sergeant David Bonenberger, Detective Matt Knight, and Detective Cliff Simpson for actions taken in November of 2020 with a violent subject.
   2. Officer Lane Wellen for actions taken on June 7, 2021 regarding a water rescue in Garvin Park lake.

8. DISCIPLINE:

1. 1. 21-PO-21A – Officer Ronald Harper, Badge Number 1448 – 21 day suspension with recommendation of termination (Appeal filed by counsel on August 17^th) – Matter set for hearing on October 25^th.
   2. 21-PO-22 – Officer Matthew Hastings, Badge Number 1291 – 1 day suspension (no appeal filed).
   3. 21-PO-23 – Officer Kacey Ross, Badge Number 1295 – Written Reprimand (no appeal filed).
   4. 21-PO-24 – Officer Alanna Tabor, Badge Number 1450 – 4 day suspension (no appeal filed).
