SUNSHINE BAKERY A HOME OWNED AND HOME GROWN BUSINESS

The Sunshine Bakery sprung from the dream to bring home-cooked comfort to the workplace. Many of the hard-working employees in our community rarely have time to prepare breakfast or lunch at home and therefore lack the warmth of made-from-scratch goodness on a daily basis. Salome Micheletti, the founder of the Bakery, saw this need and in the spring of 2021 decided to do something about it.

As a little girl, Salome Micheletti was taught by her mother how to bake and cook from scratch. She fell in love with it. Delivering something flavorful and delicious to her friends and family became one of her favorite pastimes. When she joined the workforce in 2018, she became aware of how little those who work an eight-to-five have the luxury of enjoying that flavor of home.

The Sunshine Bakery now offers the solution  They are bringing incredible, freshly baked goodness right to your workplace. Some of the favorites are “Blue My Mind“ muffins, “Roll me Some Love” cinnamon rolls and “Honey Bear Granola”. Sunshine Bakery also offers a lunch catering menu called ”Sunshine’s Sliders”. A large selection of hearty, flavor-packed sliders grace the menu along with incredible sides such as “Salome’s Famous Cheeseball” and “Ranch Spiced Pretzels”. A delightful variety of scrumptious cookies are offered in these meals as well.
