(November 9, 2020) — Feed Evansville announced the extension of its weekly Community Food Share through the end of the year.
The local food initiative will participate in the fourth round of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Farmers to Families Food Box Program.
Feed Evansville will continue to distribute combination food boxes every Monday at Hartke Pool. Each box will include fresh produce, dairy products, fluid milk and meat products.
Due to new regulations, the number of boxes distributed to individuals may vary each week based on supplies.
The next Community Food Share is scheduled for today, November 9 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
