The Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance from the public in order to locate a wanted sex offender. Dean Oran Cart is wanted for failure to register as a sex or violent offender. He is a white male, 61 years of age, with greying white hair and beard, 5’-04†110-130 lbs. He was convicted on (2) different occasions for possession of child pornography, which requires him to register as a sex offender.
