Seth Wrinkles Apprehension

 Seth Matthew Wrinkles (33) was apprehended early this morning by the Evansville VIPER Unit, along with the U.S. Marshals. He was located in an apartment on the eastside of Evansville. Wrinkles was taken into custody without incident.
