Moped Rider Arrested for Driving While Impaired
Gibson County – Monday evening, September 30, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Trooper John Davis stopped Dudley Tinsley, 55, of Francisco, at West and Dale Street in Oakland City after he rode his moped left of center and made an unsafe lane movement. Further investigation revealed he had a blood alcohol content of .18%. Tinsley was arrested for driving while intoxicated and taken to the Gibson County Jail where he is currently being held on bond.

1. Driving While Intoxicated, Class A Misdemeanor.
Arresting Officer: Trooper John Davis, Indiana State Police
