 The Evansville Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the person in this photo. These pictures were taken from a security camera in the area of 1200 S. Grand from May 17.Â
   The person in this picture stole a concrete lawn elephant from the victim’s yard and then fled the scene in this vehicle.Â
