Make your reservation for the annual University of Southern Indiana Varsity Club Steak Fry & Auction at the Discovery Lodge at Burdette Park on Thursday, September 19. Reservations will be taken until Thursday, September 12.
Tickets for the annual event are $40 per person or $400 for a corporate table (seats 8). Proceeds raised by the Varsity Club’s efforts will benefit USI student athletes. To place a reservation or for more information, contact Mandi Fulton and the USI Varsity Club at 812-465-1022.
Enjoy hand-cut “Certified Angus Beef” steaks provided by Western Rib-Eye & Ribs, seasoned with a secret family recipe and charcoal-grilled by past presidents of the West Side Nut Club past presidents.
