Most intelligent residents know this will never happen. Union members will continue to elect individuals that want to spend more for construction. Unions get the jobs and the PLA that adds 30% to all construction contracts. Most intelligent people have given up on Evansville and Vanderburgh County and moved to surrounding counties. The people we want to stay in Evansville are leaving and the ones we want to leave are staying.
