  1. NITWIT! Former Nixon White House Counsel Slams Trump On Twitter For Not Knowing How Impeachment Works

“Troubling when the POTUS is a NITWIT! Trump Says He Would Fight Impeachment in the Supreme Court. That’s Not How It Works”
    5:21 PM – Apr 24, 2019

Constitutional experts say that Trump got a fundamental fact about impeachment wrong in his latest complaint about Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation. Under the Constitution, the House of Representatives can vote to begin the impeachment process if it believes a president is guilty of misconduct in office, and the Senate then holds a trial to determine whether to remove the president from office

Dean, who served under President Richard Nixon and became a star witness for the Watergate investigation, has frequently been critical of Trump. Numerous legal experts have dismissed Trump’s threat to fight impeachment at the Supreme Court as ridiculous. THE CONSTITUTION GIVES THE SUPREME COURT NO ROLE IN IMPEACHMENT

Laurence Tribe, a constitutional law professor at Harvard who has authored a book on impeachment, called Trump’s argument “idiocy” saying the Supreme Court would want nothing to do with a legal challenge like that and that “The court is very good at slapping down attempts to drag things out by bringing it into a dispute where it has no jurisdiction”

In fact, the framers of the Constitution debated whether presidential impeachments should be handled before the Supreme Court, before deciding that was a bad idea for four main reasons

First: The president appoints members of the Supreme Court, so at least some justices (such as Neil Gorsuch and Brett “BeerBong” Kavanaugh) would have a conflict of interest

Second: Presidents are also protected from criminal prosecution while in office, but not after they leave the White House. The framers also worried that a former president might end up fighting criminal charges all the way back to the same Supreme Court that had removed him, creating yet another conflict of interest. “It would be a conflict of interest for the Court to sit in judgment of the president in an appeal arising from the very conduct that got him impeached if the Court had any role in the impeachment process” Tribe said

Third: The court’s size. With so few members (the current court has nine, although it has changed in size over the years) it could be more easily corrupted than larger and more representative groups like the Senate. Founding Father Alexander Hamilton made that case directly in the Federalist Paper writing “the awful discretion which a court of impeachments must necessarily have” meant it would be dangerous to leave “the trust to a small number of persons”

Fourth: The framers were worried that the court would not have the same “credit and authority” to rule on an inherently political process like impeachment as elected representatives. Even if the framers’ arguments themselves weren’t enough, the Supreme Court itself has also said in more recent years that impeachment is not part of its duties. Considering a case about a federal judge named Walter Nixon, the Supreme Court ruled in 1993 that disputes over the legitimacy of impeachment were “political questions” to be handled by Congress

“Supreme Court doctrine on this is well established and crystal clear,” said Richard Pildes, a constitutional law professor at New York University, stating “The Supreme Court has said that impeachment involves what are fundamentally and pervasively political judgments. For that reason they’re not judgments that courts have an appropriate role to assess”

He noted another flaw in Trump’s tweets: His argument about the definition of “high crimes and misdemeanors” which the Constitution says can be the basis for impeaching a president. Pildes writes that legally “high crimes and misdemeanors” does not mean only crimes, but also covers a wide range of misconduct

“Congress can impeach the president for reasons that do not necessarily involve criminal activity. For example, if a President is pervasively undermining the national security of the United States, the President may not have committed a crime in doing that, but one could imagine a Congress impeaching a president appropriately for that”

  2. Trump Admin Considers Jailing Migrant Children At Guantánamo Bay

The Trump administration has considered jailing migrant children at Guantánamo Bay in Cuba, the New York Times reports in a proposal that apparently “has not gained traction, perhaps because of the optics of housing young people adjacent to terrorism suspects”

Sure, because it’s the optics, not the overseas jailing of children escaping violence, that’s the issue here

Officials discussed the plan in their effort to figure out how to jail more people in Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention. Congress set a limit to how many immigrants ICE can detain (45,200) but ICE commonly defies Congress, goes beyond that number, and just figures out the money part later. ICE is currently housing 50,223 migrants, one of the highest numbers on record

Guantanamo, which jailed thousands of asylum-seekers in the past under direction of Attorney General Bill Barr, came up as a way for an unleashed ICE to continue boosting its numbers.

Where could this idea have come from? In what’s surely just a coincidence, anti-immigrant leader Mark Krikorian recently tweeted “Why not Guantanamo? It’s a big place” in response to another report on the administration looking for more space to jail kids. Stephen Miller, the White House aide and white supremacist behind the administration’s most hateful policies, has ties to Krikorian’s group

Truthfully, immigrant and human rights activists have already criticized existing prison camps in the U.S. as “Gitmo for kids” in particular the now-closed prison camp for migrant kids in Tornillo, Texas. But as that one was shut down earlier this year, another one in Homestead, Florida, rose in its place. When three congressional members recently tried to visit Homestead to conduct their oversight responsibilities, they were blocked, in violation of law

There are more humane alternatives to detention, like the Obama-era Family Case Management Program, which meant “Instead of keeping children in detention centers with their parents, families in certain cities were released and monitored by social workers, who helped them find lawyers, housing, and transportation, and made sure they attended their court hearings” NINETY-NINE PERCENT OF PARTICIPANTS SHOWED UP TO THEIR COURT HEARINGS. The Trump administration shut down the program

  3. Joe Biden is silent today. It looks like he is announcing his candidacy for the democrat nomination for president and can’t take the time to post. He is now the #1 old white man leading the #2 old white man Sanders for the nomination of a party that hates old white men. Ain’t life grand?

  4. Good news thanks to President Trump:

Indiana Wages Are Rising amid Donald Trump’s ‘Hire American’ Immigration Policy

President Donald Trump’s “Hire American” economic policy is boosting the marketplace clout of restaurant staff in Indiana, much to the distress of dining critic Liz Biro.

Under the headline “Why restaurant customer service has been getting worse around Indianapolis,” Biro mourned “the dog-eat-dog world of Indianapolis’ restaurant labor crunch [where] low unemployment rates and a continuously growing number of new restaurants has operators fighting for personnel and diners noticing the fallout.”

    • Students For Trump Co-Founder Turns To Life Of Crime And Fake Lawyering

Following in the well-worn footsteps of their leader, an entirely new generation of grifters and fraudsters has arrived to bilk Americans out of their hard-earned savings. Fortunately sometimes the law catches up to them. A Tennessee man charged by New York prosecutors with fraud, bilking would-be clients, and faking his identity. Lambert was pretending to be a Manhattan lawyer and taking thousands from would-be clients was the co-founder of Students for Trump, a national group that mobilized college campuses in the run-up to the 2016 election and plans to do so again in 2020

Last week federal agents arrested 23-year-old John Lambert of Tennessee for pretending to be a high-powered New York City attorney and then bilking his “clients” out of over $16,000. Lambert, calling himself Eric Pope, set up a website for a fake law firm called Pope and Dunn, creating biographies for all of his fake lawyers by copying and pasting from the website for an actual high-profile NYC law firm

The New York Law Journal reported that this John Lambert is the same John Lambert who co-founded the Students for Trump PAC with another student back in 2015. At the time the two founded the group they were the subject of several insipid profiles about millennials who love Trump. Lambert appeared on Fox and even made appearances with the equally skeevy Milo Yiannopoulos. Eventually they were contacted by the Trump campaign, which assisted them in expanding

Lambert has never been a lawyer prosecutors say. Lambert collected more than $50,000 in payments through a PayPal account, the criminal complaint says. One of the consumers took money from their 401(k) account to pay “Pope” more than $10,000 but the phony lawyer eventually stopped responding. In some cases Lambert under the fictional identity of lawyer “Eric Pope” simply abandoned his clients

As of Wednesday morning a profile for Lambert’s purported law firm was still available. The profile links to a defunct website whose archived version from 2017 includes a snazzy logo and claims the firm “protected” more than $380 million for more than 2,000 clients. It also lists five “attorney” profiles that appear to have been partly copied from NYC law firm website

This may not be the first time Lambert has been involved in shady dealings. In 2018 Students For Trump got in trouble with the FEC for refusing to tell them what they were doing and who was funding them. Members stated that those issues were Lamberts fault. The group has still not filed any income or spending reports. Naturally they plan to be active in 2020 and currently have an article on their Facebook about how Nixon was the real victim in the Watergate scandal

It’s not clear what kind of sentence Lambert will receive, but if he’s not in there for long he may still have a bright future as Jacob Wohl’s protegé

  5. ***BREAKING NEWS***

You will not see this on the right-wing blogs JethroBodine cut-n-pastes, but you might remember him griping about President Obama and the money LEGALLY returned to Iran

Trump Approved $2 Million “Fee” To North Korea To Secure Release Of Warmbier

North Korea demanded a $2 million “fee” for the hospital care of comatose American Otto Warmbier, insisting that a U.S. official sign a pledge to pay it BEFORE being allowed to fly the student from Pyongyang in 2017. When he was finally released it was literally on his death bed. Not long after he landed back in the United States he succumbed to his conditions. The presentation of the invoice was not previously disclosed by U.S. officials

Many are now calling the “fee” akin to a ransom payment, something Trump has repeated;y attacked former President Barack Obama for doing when American soldiers were captured in Iran

The main U.S. envoy sent to retrieve Warmbier signed an agreement to pay the medical bill on instructions passed down from Trump, according to two people familiar with the situation. The bill went to the Treasury Department, where it remained unpaid throughout 2017. It’s not clear whether the money has been paid, because nobody from the administration was willing to answer the Washington Post’s questions

The White House declined to comment with the lame “We do not comment on hostage negotiations” with Trump asserting that his administration paid “nothing” to get American “hostages” out of North Korea. Otto’s father said it sounded like a “ransom” for his late son

[State Department official Joseph Yun] called then-Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and told him about the bill. Tillerson called Trump. They instructed their envoy to sign the piece of paper agreeing that he would pay the $2 million

“This is outrageous. They killed a perfectly healthy and happy college student and then had the audacity to expect the U.S. government to pay for his care” said Greg Scarlatoiu, executive director of the Committee for Human Rights in North Korea

Trump sided with Kim earlier this year after Kim denied knowledge of their Warmbier’s maltreatment during his imprisonment during their second summit in Vietnam. “He tells me that he didn’t know about it and I will take him at his word” Trump said during a news conference

Those comments prompted a harsh rebuke from the Warmbier family. “We have been respectful, now we must speak out. Kim and his evil regime are responsible for the death of our son Otto. Kim and his evil regime are responsible for unimaginable cruelty and inhumanity. No excuses or lavish praise can change that” Fred and Cindy Warmbier said in a statement

Fred and Cindy Warmbier sued North Korea over their son’s death and in December were awarded $501 million in damages, money that the Kim regime will never pay. But Judge Beryl A. Howell of the Federal Court in the District of Columbia said it was “appropriate to punish and deter North Korea” for the “torture, hostage taking and extrajudicial killing of Otto Warmbier”

Trump has a storied history of not paying money to contractors and business associates. Why should an American college student be treated any differently

‘Fat Sex Therapist’ compares fitness trainers to Nazis, children’s dieting to sexual assault

“I truly believe that a child cannot consent to being on a diet the same way a child cannot consent to having sex,” Sonalee Rashatwar, whose Instagram username is “The Fat Sex Therapist,” proclaimed Thursday from the main stage of St. Olaf College.

She continued, “I experience diet culture as a form of assault because it impacts the way that I experience my body.”
“I truly believe that a child cannot consent to being on a diet the same way a child cannot consent to having sex” Tweet This

These comments and more were made in the context of her two-hour speech, sponsored by St. Olaf College’s Wellness Center, Women’s and Gender Studies Department, and Center for Equity and Inclusion, on the topic of “radical fat liberation.” The talk included assertions that fitness contributed to the recent Christchurch shooting, that people should “challenge” the rule of law, as well as the authority of and the police.

“Tonight we’re gonna start by talking about how to politicize our definition of body image,” Rashatwar began, “because oftentimes we actually get stuck thinking of it from a white supremacist lense.” She explained how “white supremacy happens every day in all these little little things.”

During the course of her talk, Rashatwar listed science as one of these supposedly white supremacist everyday things.

“We should be critical of the use of science and the production of knowledge to continue promoting this idea that certain bodies are fit, able, and desirable…is it my fatness that causes my high blood pressure, or is it my experience of weight stigma?” Rashatwar asked. She then connected the science suggesting that obesity is unhealthy to Nazism, saying that “fatphobic” science is “often actually eugenic science….eugenic science is Nazi science.”

However, she then pivoted to support scientific findings as she pondered “intentionally pursuing weight loss,” claiming that “what we’re discovering scientifically is that that’s not possible.”

    • Right-Wing Rhode Island Man Threatened to Eat Pro-Choice Professor, Bomb A College, and “Eradicate” All Democrats

A rabid anti-abortion Trump supporter was arrested for sending shocking death threats to a college professor. Prior to his arrest the man had been promoting extremism on YouTube. Matthew Haviland, a 30-year-old resident of North Kingstown, threatened to murder and eat the professor in a series of March 10 emails. Haviland was arrested on Wednesday after an FBI investigation, and faces federal cyberstalking and with transmitting a threat in interstate commerce

According to United States Attorney Andrew Lelling Haviland sent a Massachusetts professor a string of approximately 28 e-mails containing messages that included such threats as “You will have your face ripped off and eaten by me personally” and “I will rip every limb from your body and eat it piece by piece” and “I will bite through your eyeballs while you’re still alive and I will laugh while you scream” and “savor” the teacher’s “innards” because “I want you to undergo endless agony until you’re dead”

The complaint said the professor had previously published articles on abortion rights, and Haviland’s emails made reference to abortion. In one email, Haviland wrote “You will be held accountable for every [expletive] baby you murdered”

Haviland threatened Democrats in other emails by writing “You are evil, pure evil. All Democrats must be eradicated. I will kill every Democrat in the world” and saying that people wearing “pink [expletive] hats” in an apparent reference to the hats worn by Women’s March participants “should all be slaughtered”

Haviland sent approximately 12 messages to the admissions office at the unnamed university where the professor works, touching upon race, gender and physical disability. Haviland said the school should be bombed calling for “another Civil War”

In emails to the university office, Haviland raged that the term “cisgender” which is a term describing people whose gender identify corresponds with the sex they were assigned at birth was an “insult” and complained that he received “constant abuse” for being white, and called “intersectional” feminism “an evil disease of a movement”

The indictment states Haviland admitted to calling a “women’s medical center in Rhode Island” and leaving approximately 114 voicemail messages. The caller “spoke of babies being murdered and drew comparison between Nazis and a doctor who worked at the clinic”

On his YouTube channel Haviland praised a number of right-wing media personalities. He encouraged viewers to check out specific videos from conservative pundit Ben Shapiro and former Pizzagate promoter Mike Cernovich. He explained that people had the “freedom” to kill women and doctors because of abortion

Haviland used YouTube to praise Trump and accuse reporters of being out to destroy his presidency. In one video taken just days before his arrest Haviland screamed into the camera about the prospect of Special Counsel Robert Mueller testifying before Congress, shouting that Trump “did nothing [expletive] wrong”

  7. FBI Revelation: Hillary Server Emails Found on Obama’s Exec. Office Computers

“[A] senior FBI official admitted, in writing and under oath, that the agency found Clinton email records in the Obama White House, specifically, the Executive Office of the President,” Judicial Watch reported.

That watchdog group has been steadily unraveling the Clinton email scandal using Freedom of Information Act requests and other investigative journalism techniques. Interestingly, many observers believe that avoiding FOIA requests is one reason Clinton set up the insecure private server in the first place.

“The FBI also admitted nearly 49,000 Clinton server emails were reviewed as result of a search warrant for her material on the laptop of Anthony Weiner,” Judicial Watch continued.

Weiner is, of course, the disgraced former congressman who was linked to Clinton’s staff through marriage and had a disturbing penchant for underage girls.

These findings suggest that the Clinton server was not compartmentalized, but that sensitive and perhaps classified information leaked between it to numerous sources — including President Obama’s office.

    • Day 825: Transparency (Lack Of)

1/ Trump: “We’re fighting all the subpoenas” by House Democrats. “Subpoenas are ridiculous,” Trump said, claiming “I have been the most transparent president and administration in the history of our country by far.” House Democratic leaders have issued dozens of requests for information or cooperation from Trump, his administration and his associates. Trump has blocked his administration from cooperating with requests for his tax returns, information about White House security clearances, the 2020 census, and more. (CNBC / Politico / NBC News / Wall Street Journal)

2/ Trump will oppose requests for current and former White House aides to testify to Congress, saying there is “no reason to go any further, and especially in Congress where it’s very partisan – obviously very partisan.” White House lawyers plan to assert executive privilege over testimony by Trump administration witnesses called by the House to try and block their congressional testimony. Trump confusingly tweeted “I didn’t call [the reporter at] the Washington Post, he called me (Returned his call)!” (Washington Post)

Trump’s recent tweets and public statements are potentially exposing him to new charges of witness intimidation, obstruction of justice and impeding a congressional investigation, according to Democrats and legal experts. (Politico)

3/ The White House is trying to block a subpoena by the House Judiciary Committee to former White House counsel Don McGahn for testimony about the Mueller report. McGahn was mentioned more than 150 times in Mueller’s report, telling investigators about how Trump pressured him to have Mueller fired and then urged McGahn to publicly deny the episode. The subpoena set a May 7th deadline for documents and a May 21st deadline for McGahn to testify before the committee. Jerry Nadler called the White House’s effort to block the subpoena “one more act of obstruction by an administration desperate to prevent the public from talking about the president’s behavior.” Trump has reportedly told advisers that McGahn was disloyal to him, in part because of McGahn’s notes from meetings were cited in Mueller’s report. (Washington Post / Wall Street Journal / New York Times)

4/ The Justice Department refused to comply with a congressional subpoena for a Trump administration official to testify about the addition of a citizenship question to the 2020 Census. The House Oversight and Reform Committee is investigating the addition of the citizenship question despite evidence that it could lead to millions of people being undercounted. John Gore’s refusal to appear before the committee is at the direction of Attorney General William Barr. Gore is the principal deputy assistant attorney general for the Justice Department’s civil rights division. (CNN / Washington Post)

Trump defended the addition of the citizenship question on the 2020 census, saying “the American people deserve to know who is in this country.” The Commerce Department, however, has repeatedly claimed the question would be added as part of an effort to better protect voting rights. (Politico)

5/ Trump, claiming he “DID NOTHING WRONG,” plans to “head to the U.S. Supreme Court” if Democrats “ever tried to Impeach.” The Supreme Court, however, ruled unanimously in 1993 that authority for impeachment resides in Congress and “nowhere else.” According to the Constitution, the House “shall have the sole Power of Impeachment” and the Senate “shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments.” (Bloomberg / Politico / Washington Post)

      Notables

Acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney instructed aides not to mention Russian election interference in the 2020 election in front of Trump, calling it not “a great subject” that should be kept below his level.” Mulvaney reportedly “made it clear” to aides that Trump still compares discussions about Russian election meddling with “questions about the legitimacy of his victory.” (New York Times)

Mulvaney claimed he doesn’t remember telling staffers not to mention election security to Trump. “I don’t recall anything along those lines happening in any meeting,” Mulvaney said in a statement. (Politico)

The Justice Department contradicted Jared Kushner’s characterization that Russia’s influence campaign in the U.S. was limited to “buying some Facebook ads and trying to sow dissent.” The filing describes how the actions of Russian spy Maria Butina contained all the markings of a sophisticated intelligence operation. The filing also argues that it doesn’t take a master spy for such an operation to have a significant impact. (Politico)

Deutsche Bank is providing financial records to New York state’s attorney general following a subpoena for documents related to loans made to Trump and the Trump Organization. The bank is turning over emails and loan documents related to the Trump International Hotel in Washington, DC, the Trump National Doral Miami, the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago, and the unsuccessful effort to buy the Buffalo Bills. The New York attorney general’s office opened the investigation following Michael Cohen’s testimony to Congress that Trump had inflated his assets. (CNN)

Cohen claimed he wasn’t actually guilty of some crimes he pleaded guilty to, saying “there is no tax evasion […] it’s a lie.” Cohen pleaded guilty to five counts of evading personal income taxes and one count of understating his debt and expenses in an application for a home-equity line of credit. Cohen begins a three-year prison term on May 6th. (Wall Street Journal)

Trump contradicted the Defense Department, claiming that Mexican troops “probably” drew guns on U.S. soldiers at the border as a “diversionary tactic for drug smugglers.” The U.S. military, however, said the incident “was an honest mistake by the Mexican soldiers,” because U.S. soldiers “were south of the border fence,” but “north of the actual border.” (Washington Post)

Twitter suspended more than 5,000 pro-Trump bot accounts for “platform manipulation.” The accounts were connected to a network that is focused on denouncing the Mueller report as a “hoax.” They were also connected to other accounts that have been used to spread pro-Saudi messaging on the platform. An investigation into the network is ongoing but it’s still unclear who is behind the campaign. (Ars Technica)

Trump accused Twitter of deliberately tampering with his followers during a private meeting with Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey. According to a person with direct knowledge of the conversation, Dorsey explained that follower counts fluctuate as the company enforced policies and removed fraudulent spam accounts. (Washington Post)

  8. Thousands of Illegal Aliens from Terrorist Nations Live in U.S. after Being “Deported”

Months after Judicial Watch reported that migrants from terrorist nations try to enter the U.S. via Mexico at record rates, government figures show that more than 10,000 illegal aliens from countries that sponsor terrorism currently live here. It’s not clear how they entered the country but federal authorities know about them because they have either been deported or have final removal orders pending. Nevertheless, they are not in custody and roam freely in unsuspecting communities throughout America.

The distressing statistics were obtained from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) by a public interest group that favors secure borders and exposes the harms of mass migration. The Washington D.C. nonprofit filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request and made the figures public this month. They show 10,340 non-detained illegal immigrants from Iran, Syria, Sudan and North Korea on ICE’s national docket as of June 2018. Iran tops the list with 6,331, followed by Syria (2,128), Sudan (1,860) and North Korea (21). All four countries have been designated as sponsors of terrorism by the State Department.

The U.S. government has determined that Iran is the “foremost state sponsor of terrorism” because it provides a range of support, including financial, training and equipment, to groups worldwide, particularly Hezbollah. Syria is also a hotbed of Hezbollah militants and Al Qaeda-linked jihadists. A recent RAND Corporation study concluded that the most significant threat to the United States comes from terrorist groups operating in a handful of Middle Eastern countries that include Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan and Pakistan. The State Department also classifies Syria as a dangerous country plagued by terrorism. “There is a terrorist threat from violent extremist groups including the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, (ISIL), formerly known as al-Qa’ida in Iraq (AQ), the al-Nusrah Front, and others,” according to the State Department assessment. “Tactics for these groups include the use of suicide bombers, kidnapping, use of small and heavy arms, and improvised explosive devices in major city centers, including Damascus, Aleppo, Hamah, Dara, Homs, Idlib, and Dayr al-Zawr.”….

    • Trump Admin Considers Jailing Migrant Children At Guantánamo Bay

Rosenstein slams Obama administration for choosing ‘not to publicize full story’ of Russia hacking

Rosenstein, the U.S. deputy attorney general who supervised the Mueller investigation, spoke out publically for the first time since the report was released, criticizing the Obama administration’s real-time reaction to Russian hacking and its decision “not publicize the full story” to the American people.

Rosenstein, who was speaking in New York at the Public Servants Dinner of the Armenian Bar Association, defended his handling of the probe and criticized former officials in the process. He also called out former FBI Director James Comey for alerting Congress about the investigation into Russian collusion at the height of the 2016 presidential campaign.

“The FBI disclosed classified evidence about the investigation to ranking legislators and their staffers,” he said. “Someone selectively leaked details to the news media. The FBI director [Comey] announced at a congressional hearing that there was a counterintelligence investigation that might result in criminal charges. Then the former FBI director alleged that the president pressured him to close the investigation, and the president denied that the conversation occurred….

In 2016, NBC News, citing unnamed high-level officials, reported that the Obama administration did not respond more forcefully because it did not want to appear to be interfering with the election. One official told the network at the time, “They thought [Hillary Clinton] was going to win, so they were willing to kick the can down the road.”

A reporter for NPR said the Obama administration debated how to handle the information and decided that Obama should deal with Russian President Vladimir Putin privately about the matter.

The Rosenstein speech touched on a lot of topics.

He blasted “mercenary critics” who benefit financially by expressing “passionate opinions about any topic, often with little or no information. They do not just express disagreement. They launch ad hominem attacks unrestricted by truth or morality. They make threats, spread fake stories and even attack your relatives.”
