Please DO NOT request a status check regarding your firearm permit application unless the timeframe significantly exceeds the projected issue dates listed below.

â– For those using Morpho Trust USA (formerly L-1 Fingerprinting Solutions)–10 to 12 weeks from the date your money order was cashed.
â– For those submitting paper fingerprint cards and applications–15 to 17 weeks from the date your money order was cashed.
â– If you have any prior criminal history, the above timelines may be extended until your criminal history can be reviewed.
For the fastest response, we recommend that you submit your questions via email.

  1. Good info, thanks CCO. There has been a huge jump on number of lifetime carry permit applications since Obama was relelected. If you dont have one you should. It also makes a great graduation gift to pay the fee for a HS or College Senior. It is just a question of time before the Obama socialists start taxing gun ownership and the days of permits will be over. Look at the huge ammo purchase by Homeland Security. Make it scarce and then end production/sales to Red State civilians.

        • YES! I was wondering how long it would take before Alex Jones began to surface on this site. Every time I read these “gun hypotheticals” and other whacky ideas I think of his show.

I do agree that he has made some great points on both 9-11 and OKC. There is, imo, sufficient scientific and video evidence to suggest both were gov’t conspiracies especially OKC which was blatantly obvious.

However, I don’t take anything else he says with more than a grain of salt. I watch his show and Jesse Ventura’s Conspiracy Theory religiously as a source of entertainment. But their claims that FEMA or DHS are going to start taking over cities and guns is just ludicrous and they were called out for it when they stood in front of a so called FEMA coffin facility. It turns out, this “famous coffin facility” is actually the home office of Vantage Products, the largest commercial producer of plastic coffin liners, who supply the material for many of the 900,000 in-ground burials that take place every year in America.

So yes Ventura did a great job saving the Twins from contraction and Jones did a great job helping getting the film A Noble Lie off the ground but most of this stuff is just staged terror.

As for those DHS bullets- http://www.snopes.com/politics/guns/ssabullets.asp

          • I’ve been following Alex Jones for a long time. I agree with about 80%-90% of his analysis.

The DHS bullet buy is actually mainstream news now. Snopes, which is just two no-name people in their house by the way, aren’t the last word on everything. Forbes even covered the 1.6 billion hollowpoint bullet buy the government made.
