IS IT TRUE on August 23, 20117 a group of local citizens will be holding a “Public Safety Appreciation Ceremony” on the steps of the Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum?

IS IT TRUE that the mission of this worthy public event is to “Support Those Who Protect Us” 365-24-7?

IS IT TRUE that this newly organized not-for-profit foundation is planning to award thirty (30) $1.000 scholarships to 2018 college bound students of members Evansville Fire Department, Vanderburgh County Sheriff Office, Evansville Police Department, Vanderburgh County Prosecutors Office, Indiana State Police and EMS?

IS IT TRUE that in only three (3) days members of this not-for-profit foundation have casually raised almost $7,000 to be used for “First Responders” kids scholarships?  …during the next several days members of this newly formed Foundation will be making some exciting announcement concerning details of the August 23, 2017 “Public Safety Appreciation Ceremony” on the steps of the historic Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum?

IS IT TRUE we are hearing that members of this Foundation are planning an extremely emotional and patriotic program to be held on the steps of the historic Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum at 4:00 PM on August 23, 2017?

IS IT TRUE that members of the this Foundation are attempting to bring in a New York ground zero “First Responders” to be the main speaker at this event?

IS IT TRUE it’s time that the quiet majority stand up be counted by attending the August 23, 20117 “Public Safety Appreciation Ceremony” on the steps of the Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum?

IS IT TRUE that the newly appointed Communications Director for this Foundation will be releasing detailed information concerning this event later this week?

  1. As has been the case all too often, when local governments have budget crisis, i.e. Evansville, IN, the first responders find themselves in the cross-hairs. Like the military, we should thanks those men and women that protect us!!!

    The village of Marora, a remote village in India, is celebrating a major name change that is being used not only to promote a campaign to encourage sanitation but also to celebrate U.S. President Donald Trump. The 80 percent Muslim town will now be called “Trump Village,” reports say.

    Located in the Mewat district in the Indian state of Haryana, in northern India, about 50 miles south of New Delhi, “Trump Village” is a town of around 2,000 residents. Along with the name change, the tiny village is undergoing a sanitation program encouraged by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is striving to bring many of his country’s small towns into the modern era.

    The ceremony to rechristen the town “Trump Village” was part of the campaign to promote proper sanitation that featured the grand opening of brand new toilets as well as a new vocational training facility for the town’s female population.

    If anyone worried that President Trump’s well-known crackdown on immigration from some war torn, majority Muslim countries would cause a controversy, few villagers seemed concerned.

    • Interesting that mainstream Muslims respect President Trump more than our Media does. Don’t expect to see this sign of respect reported by CNN or in the Courier & DPressed.

  6. Is it any wonder a musician is leading and “D” in a race. The D’s might as well raise the surrender flag, because they have screwed any chance of taking back the House/Senate. Finally, real right wing conservators will take control. If you ain’t legal, if you are a criminal, kiss your ass goodbye. We are taking the country back.
