The Evansville Bar Association Women Attorneys Section and Diversity Committee co-hosted “Breaking Through Bias†today with nationally known speakers Andie Kramer and Al Harris. Over 100 women and men professionals attended the keynote lunch followed by an interactive workshop on the issue of overcoming gender bias in the workplace.  Co-chairs for the event were Meagan Brien and Trisha Dudlo.
Andie and Al have worked with Fortune 100 companies; engineering and chemical associations, legal organizations, consulting firms, and many other businesses to raise awareness of the benefits of diversity and to present   techniques organizations and individuals can use to make diversity a positive reality.
