Evansville is a regional hub and has been for over 100 years. The hub reaches south to a little past Madisonville, KY, east to Santa Claus, north to Vincennes, and west about 50 miles into the Illinois corn fields. The hub won’t be getting any larger because of the hubs called Indianapolis, Louisville, Nashville, and St. Louis. The Evansville hub is essentially what we all call the Tri State and not much more.
Here it is folks. All 220 pages of the Indiana Regional cities /southwest plan. Wade through it if you can. Any good plan that might be workable would be ten pages or less.

One thing is for sure, unless the State of Indiana can print their own money, we know who is going to fund this wish list, don’t we?
