Just goes to show ya how much cash is involved in the contract between the City and VenuWorks that VW would invest in such a losing proposition. But, IS IT TRUE that in the small print of the contract concerning the Thunderbolts and the City has a guarantee, i.e. the city will reimburse for any losses?
You can’t put a product like the Thunderbolts on the ice and expect people to pay. I tried it once with bad Scotch, that didn’t work either.
What it did was make it less likely that the city will give Venue Works the boot for non performance. I leave it up to you to figure out who was the smarter party in this latest episode of the on going soap opera “As Evansville Turns”.
