Evansville, IN – Below is a list of felony cases that were filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office on Thursday, August 30, 2012.
Jennifer Bates Intimidation–Class D Felony, Domestic Battery–Class A Misdemeanor, Disorderly Conduct–ClassB-Misdemeanor.
Terry Edwards Battery by Means of a Deadly Weapon–Class C Felony, Battery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury–Class C Felony, Resisting Law Enforcement–Class A Misdemeanor, Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury–Class Misdemeanor.
Jarrod Na Possession of a Controlled Substance–Class D Felony-Habitual Substance Offender, Unlawful Possession or Use of a Legend Drug–Class D Felony-Three Counts.
