The Arts Council of Southwestern Indiana will host a closing reception for its all black, white and grayscale art exhibit, Art Noir, on Friday, March 10, 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, and Sauced will cater and provide a cash bar.
The semi-annual event includes 51 pieces of art from 42 local and area artists. Artist who entered the exhibit could submit work in any media and with any theme; the only parameter was to work with a colorless palate.
The exhibit has been up at the Bower-Suhrheinrich Foundation Gallery since February 17, and will run through March 10. Most items are for sale. Interested buyers can receive more information by calling (812) 422-2111.
