Highland Elementary School is getting in the Valentine’s Day spirit and will officially kick off its Kindness Week on Monday, Feb. 13. Special activities are being planned for the entire week, but on Monday, all students and teachers will receive a free t-shirt with the slogan “Be a Buddy, Not a Bully.” Once the shirts are distributed, all Highland students will meet on the school’s soccer field to take a school-wide picture with their new shirts.
