Charra is currently VHS’ LONGEST dog resident. She was found as a stray on Evansville’s north side, so her background is pretty blank, and her breed(s) are only a guess. VHS thinks she is likely a hound mixed with some American Staffordshire Terrier. She earned a GREEN on her temperament test, meaning she’s great with kids.
