    • We would like to see the numbers including the debt service. The payment on $127 Million over 30 years with a 5% rate would amount to about $700,000 per month or $8.4 Million per year.

  1. So what has been done downtown as a result of the Ford Center? Maingate and Fast Eddies are for sale. The same empty buildings plus Integra are still empty. This report is bullcrap.

  2. How many rolls of toilet paper has Connie Robinson sold because of the Ford Center?

    • Does her business really have a contract with the Ford Center, or The Centre? That would just be so wrong, considering her office as president of the city council, unless this was a competitive bidding situation where all things were equal and she was indeed the lowest bidder.

      • You forget that Connie the Former Welfare Queen is now the Queen of minority set-aside contracts. Anything that rights the wrongs of 250 years is an excuse for nobid contracts for toilet paper and paper plates, all at the taxpayers’ expense!
