The KITCHEN Buffet will officially open on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 with breakfast being served beginning at 6AM.
Get ready to immerse yourself in a fresh new take on home style food, taking home cooking up to the next level. Â The KITCHEN Buffet will feature a daily carving station that features house smoked meats including ham, turkey, prime rib and brisket, along with a pasta station that will feature different sauces and sides such as chicken, shrimp and beef. Â Add to that the southern goodness of fried catfish, Cajun hushpuppies and pot roast, and The KITCHEN buffet will quickly become a local favorite!
Tropicana Evansville Executive Chef Chuck Subra’s motto is “Do food and do it well”. Â The KITCHEN Buffet will be using only the freshest ingredients from the local market to create a delicious and satisfying meal starting with the crisp salad bar and ending with delectable desserts, all made in The KITCHEN Buffet’s kitchen.
