SUMMARY

Evansville Police have arrested all three suspects wanted for the early morning burglary at the Kruckemeyer and Cohn jewelry store. Two suspects were taken into custody shortly after the burglary and brief vehicle pursuit. The final suspect was arrested after being spotted by officers at the east side Wal-Mart. The suspects are from the Cleveland Ohio area and have no known ties to the Evansville area.

JOHN HENRY FLAGG Jr (55), ERIC VON CAMMON (50), AND FLOYD LEWIS AUSTELL (57) have all been taken into custody. All of the suspects face Burglary, Theft, Criminal Mischief, and Resisting Arrest charges.
Flagg was the driver during the pursuit. He was arrested at the end of the pursuit. Cammon fled the car on foot, but was arrested after he was found walking through the area. Austell was arrested after a foot pursuit that ended behind the east side Golden Coral restaurant.

This is an on-going investigation and more charges could be filed at a later time.

    It was also said the one of them had a watch that may have been taken un a break in at Brinker’s last year.
