The Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation’s Southern Indiana Career and Technical Center will host an open house on Saturday, Jan. 7, for current sophomores and juniors who are interested in enrolling in Career and Technical Education classes for next school year. The open house will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Center, which is located at 1901 Lynch Rd.
The Southern Indiana Career and Technical Center (SICTC) offers 21 areas of study including manufacturing, transportation, public service, construction technology, communication services, agribusiness, health careers, culinary arts and broadcast journalism. SICTC serves students from public and private schools in Posey, Vanderburgh, Gibson and Warrick counties and in the southern half of Spencer County.
