Very simply put, Winnecke can not be trusted. He knew what was going on with the homestead credit, and in his own elitist mind he thought that what the people didn’t know wouldn’t hurt them.
He should not be given a moment’s consideration by anyone who believes in transparent government!

Why would anyone waste their time trusting any politician? At best all you can expect from an elected office-holder is what you can expect from a physician: Do No Harm!
