The Evansville Police Department continues to seek information into the 2020 homicide of Troy Dewayne Smith that occurred in the 500 block of S. New York Avenue in the Spring of 2020. The Troy Smith family is offering a cash reward of $5,000 for information that leads to the successful prosecution of the person or persons responsible for Troy Smith’s death.
