After 41 years it now has a soil problem. Gee how did that happen? I have a question about the manufacturing company that Evansville Parks and Recreation work with says they cannot put in any new liners. Are they the only company that makes liners? Why isn’t the money for capital improvements used to fix the sewer problems. That would help my quality of life my keeping the sewer rates lower allowing me to help boost the economy through the local business.
