  1. The C&P announces the retirement (pushed or jumped) of 58yo editor Tim Ethridge. Must have needed to cut payroll again due to declining revenue. Intern interviews scheduled for editor position.

    • Of course, most of us have witnessed better news coverages and other articles in High School newspapers. Thanks CCO for enlightening the public of important topics . .obviously, the C&P has failed to do it’s job . . .

    • Biden, way to ruin my day. The mere thought of more leftist gibberish from Editor Webb makes me want to hurl.

    • The United States citizens in Puerto Rico, Texas and Florida are going to need massive federal support to rebuild. Terrible damage.

  2. Have not seen the liberal main stream press cover this yet. Maybe, just maybe, it will be in the C&P tomorrow:

“Just a couple months into Hillary Clinton’s term as Secretary of State, the Clinton Foundation invited Vladimir Putin and other leaders to the Clinton Global Initiative’s 2009 annual gathering….Nearly 20% of the U.S.’s Uranium assets were sold to Russia while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State in exchange for $150 million to the Clinton Foundation. Bill Clinton also gave a speech to the Russia-based Renaissance Capital in Moscow on June 29, 2010. Bill Clinton spoke in Moscow for one hour for half a million dollars.”

  3. Now this is unintentionally very funny:

“Former failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton compared herself to the historical American patriot Paul Revere, as she continued ranting about the effect that Russia had on the presidential election.

“I feel like I’m a bit of a, you know, Paula Revere,” she said, adjusting the gender of the famous American patriot. “I’m trying to sound the alarm about this.”

Putin, she insisted, built up armies of Russians pretending to be Americans online, calling them “fake Americans with fake news and fake stories and fake demonstrations.”

She added that Putin had a “grudge” against her when she was Secretary of State, which was why he wanted her to lose.”
