1. Trump-Suing Texas Landowner Destroys Trump On CNN For Using ‘Fake News’ To Sell His National Emergency

   On Friday, CNN sat down with one of the Texas landowners who is pursuing a lawsuit against Donald Trump over his border wall. Despite Congress approving funds for barriers and fencing at the US-Mexico border, Trump declared a national emergency in an effort to gain an additional $8 billion for his wall

   “When were you approached? How did you learn they wanted to build the wall on your property?” Cooper asked Texas resident Nayda Alvarez, who said she was approached in November about Trump wanting to build a wall but refused to give her signature because the definition of his wall was so broad

   “I assume if they want to put a wall up in your location, do you see people crossing from Mexico through your property all the time?” Cooper asked

   Alvarez explained that she lived in her home for nearly 40 years and has NEVER seen undocumented immigrants crossing the border, saying that “I see Border Patrol walking back and forth. I have caught them in my surveillance cameras. Have I ever caught undocumented immigrants? Not at all”

   Alvarez went on to say “My message is, I see no emergency. The only emergency that is out there is the man-made emergency created by someone at the White House because he wants to build the wall. He has instilled fear in the people. He has based this fear on fake news and lies. They are over-exaggerated lies”

     A report released by the Senate (REPUBLICAN) Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee said Border Patrol agents want technology and personnel to assist their mission, NOT a border wall

     Based on the $21.6 billion estimate from the (REPUBLICAN) Department of Homeland Security to build the wall, you could have 10,000 people patrolling the southern border every day for the next 15 years and still have $6.6 billion left over to buy the technology they’d need

     The report (Border Security: Analysis of Vulnerabilities Identified by Frontline Agents) looked at the data collected annually by CBP from frontline agents and chiefs along each of the Border Patrol sectors along the Southwest border

     It found that less than one-half of 1 percent of the solutions Border Patrol agents and sector chiefs proposed for closing capability gaps along the southwest border referenced a “wall.” The Border Patrol personnel identified a total of 902 southwest border capability gaps through the CGAP process. The word “wall” was suggested as a possible solution for just three of those gaps

     The report also found that fencing was not frequently suggested, either: Border Patrol agents referenced “fence” or “fencing” as a possible solution to less than 4 percent of the 902 capability gaps identified

     Fourteen southwest border capability gaps received an “urgent and compelling” ranking at both the station and sector level, but only one included a reference to a wall or fencing as one of a variety of possible solutions. Most of the “urgent and compelling” capability gaps were associated with technological or personnel needs, such as insufficient manpower, poor training, or inadequate surveillance equipment

     The Border Patrol classified just one in four vulnerabilities as ones that could be addressed using manmade infrastructure of any type. Almost three-quarters of the gaps were classified as categories of vulnerabilities that typically indicate a need for technological and personnel approaches to securing the border

     The report CLEARLY states:

     “There were instances in which Border Patrol agents proposed fencing or other tactical infrastructure, such as patrol roads, lighting, and storm drain grates, for addressing current capability gaps. But, more often, technological and personnel solutions, such as sensors, cameras, improved radio communications systems, additional hiring, and better training, were proposed”

     If Congress could pass a more sensible, comprehensive immigration reform, that’d be great. But that’s not what this shutdown is about. If Congress and Trump want to better secure the borders, they should be looking for the most effective solution. Technology, not concrete, can actually work and solve the problem

     Maybe listen to the men and women who are are the front lines, not the bloated jackass in the White House. If the folks who actually do the damn work think that a wall is NOT necessary, then WTF else do folks want?

   Tear down that border wall: Is Beto’s battlecry the new Dem litmus test for 2020?

   Robert Francis O’Rourke aka Beto, may have inadvertently got the ball rolling this week on an emerging litmus test for Democrats eyeing the White House in 2020 when he said he “absolutely” supports tearing down the existing barriers along the southern border with Mexico.

   Since then, the other Democrats eyeing the 2020 Democratic nomination are facing calls to say whether they agree. And some are now expressing an openness to it, as they work to appeal to a liberal base that argues the wall is immoral….

   “I could look at it and see which part he means and why and if it makes sense I could support it,” New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand told Fox News in New Hampshire on Friday….

   “Give Beto O’Rourke points for honesty: he admits that he wants to tear down existing border walls & have totally open borders,” said Arkansas Republican Sen. Tom Cotton. “At least he’ll say what most Democrat politicians believe.”

   While O’Rourke was the first likely 2020 presidential candidate to call for tearing down walls, other lesser-known Democrats in recent weeks have suggested they support the idea.

   In an interview in January for example, Democratic Texas Rep. Veronica Escobar told CNN that “we know walls don’t work, that they don’t stop drugs, that they don’t stop migration.” Escobar also suggested she was open to destroying existing walls, remarking that they are “really ugly” and “monuments to division.”

     Next, as usual, the village idiots at FuxNoise you are using utterly failed to use the ENTIRE quote from Rep. Escobar, because context shows they are NOT being truthful. The ACTUAL quote from the transcript is:

     “And Felipe, the 8-year-old boy who died in U.S. custody last month, he was apprehended, he and his father where there already is a wall. We know that walls don’t work, that they don’t stop drugs, that they don’t stop migration. We are calling for smarter responses and for true leadership during this very difficult time”

     Furthermore, the transcript shows the two BS tidbits are also not contextual:

     “It’s really ugly. It is I think a monument to division. We’ve always had fencing along the U.S./Mexico border, it’s existed. I’m a lifelong resident and always was there. But the bigger and taller and uglier that they get, they really just become symbols. Personnel, technology, there are better ways to make sure that we live in secure areas”

     In terms of what Beto said about the existing wall, this is an obfuscation and distraction attempt by the right-wing to shift focus away from a very smart man who kicked Trump’s ass during the rally in El Paso earlier this week. The question about the existing wall was not a policy or planning question, just an interview question on the fly. Trump lied (like he always does) by faking rally size, even LYING about what the fire marshal allowed for his inside event. He is INCAPABLE of telling the truth

     “Litmus test” is such a load of crap, because NOBODY is actually asking that. This entire story by FuxNoise is a way to tear down Democratic candidates because they know that Trump is either going to be in jail by 2020 or is going to be a LOSER!!!!!

4. Nolte: Networks Refuse to Cover Senate’s ‘No Russia Collusion’ Report

   The same networks that spent 2,202 minutes of collective airtime to push the Russia Collusion Media-Hoax are refusing to cover the Senate Intelligence Committee bipartisan report, which found no collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

   The Media Research Center (MRC) did the research and found that between January 21, 2017, and February 10, 2019, “ABC’s World News Tonight, the CBS Evening News, and the NBC Nightly News [spent] 2,202 minutes on the Russia investigation [, which] accounted for nearly 19 percent of all Trump-related reporting [, and now] none of those three shows have even mentioned the investigation since NBC’s report came out on February 12.”

   “Neither CBS This Morning nor NBC’s Today have even acknowledged this new information from Senate investigators since the news broke on February 12,” MRC reports. “ABC’s Good Morning America briefly touched on it in a news brief totaling less than one minute on February 13.”

   What’s especially fascinating is that NBC’s Ken Dilanian broke the original news of the Senate report, and NBC is still refusing to cover the story.

     Not only that, the SAME chair (February 2017) was enlisted by the White House to help tamp down media reports about the Trump’s campaign communications with Russia. reports that were later corroborated as more information emerged about the Trump campaign’s extensive and secretive Russia contacts

     Yeah, this REPUBLICAN chair you are so hot about “made calls to news organizations in attempts to challenge stories about alleged contacts between members of Trump’s campaign team and Russian intelligence operatives”

     Meanwhile, Mueller’s investigation continues, and the Senate Intelligence Committee has much more work to do too. Democratic Senate investigators told NBC the committee hasn’t even finished interviewing people yet and will take many months to write a final report after that

     Democratic investigators “have uncovered facts yet to be made public, and that they hope to make Americans more fully aware of the extent to which the Russians manipulated the US presidential election with the help of some Trump officials, witting or unwitting,” according to NBC’s Ken Dilanian
