Bubbies – Bubbies is a 5-year-old male. His previous family had him for his whole life, but when they had a new baby – apparently there was no more room for this sweet boy. He lives in the cageless cat room with several other cats, so sharing food, litterbox, and space is not a problem! Bubbies’ adoption fee is $30, which includes his neuter, vaccinations, microchip, and a free checkup at a local vet clinic.

  1. Shame on the owners for throwing this animal away after only 5 years for such a lame reason. They knew cats lived longer, right? Taking animals into your home is a commitment. Don’t do it unless you are committed for the next 20 years.

    • Thank you! Maybe they were listening to “old wives tales” about cats. It’s awful.
We have 3 rescued pets, two dogs and a cat and they are family!

      • Amen to both comments! We live in a disposable society and that unfortunately includes living beings who depend on us. All of our family members are rescues and when they come in they stay for life. Vet bills are the reason we still go to work every day but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

LKB – When you move out of the country will you be able to take your pets along?
