Ivy Tech Community College’s Workforce Alignment is now offering CDL training in both Perry and Dubois counties.

The program is designed for individuals interested in a career as a professional truck driver, or those already employed in the trucking industry looking to refresh their skills. Students will receive extensive truck driving instruction and maximum driving time. The tuition cost for the program includes CDL permit, Class A license testing, DOT physical, training materials, and more. In addition, WorkOne may offer tuition assistance. The trucking industry needs more than 400,000 new drivers every year and our graduates earn upwards of $60,000.

Classes run for four weeks. Applicants must be at least eighteen years of age, and have a valid Indiana driver’s license.
