“While brave soldiers were fighting overseas to protect our country, Private Manning was undermining their work and putting their lives at risk by exposing our most sensitive information,”said Bucshon. “President Obama’s commutation of Private Manning’s sentence is outrageous and a slap in the face to our military and intelligence communities.
