The judge who released the alleged gunman who shot and killed 33-year-old NYPD Officer Randolph Holder on Tuesday now laments that the gunman was on the streets due to a decision she made.
Liberals are all about suing gun manufacturers when some nut shoots up lots of people in schools and theaters.
I think that’s ludicrous.
But… Following that logic, would it not be appropriate to hold judges responsible for heinous crimes the people they release commit? I think so.
I don’t claim to know what the charges should be but there should be severe penalties. This crap would stop.
Accessory to murder might be the charge…
Criminal negligence comes to mind. She ignored pleas for help and them lied and said Ambassador Stevens didn’t request it. It was all found on previously deleted emails.
