CeCe is one of the VHS’ longest residents! She can be shy and scared in the shelter setting, so right now she’s in foster care with a staff member. But a visit can easily be arranged with her foster mom. CeCe likes people and gets along fine with multiple other cats! She’s about 5 years old.
