Poor Emmy has had a life full of bouncing around from place to place. She was originally surrendered to It Takes a Village. VHS transferred some dogs in from ITV for an adoption event in 2016 to help make some room for them. Emmy was successfully adopted once, but has now been returned for the fourth time. This time was simply due to her owner’s health, and nothing she did wrong. Emmy is a somewhat shy & nervous girl who will need a home that can give her the patience and comfort she needs to adjust.
