Trooper Stolz noticed Dalton Helsley, 20, of Winslow, was pacing back and forth in the lobby and acting suspicious. Helsley was at the jail to bond out a friend that was arrested earlier for possession of paraphernalia and minor consumption of alcohol. Trooper Stolz confronted Helsley and noticed his eyes were dilated and his speech was slurred. When Trooper Stolz walked outside and looked into Helsley’s vehicle he spotted two partially burnt hand rolled roaches and rolling papers in plain view in the center console. Further investigation revealed the roaches contained synthetic marijuana. A plastic baggie containing plant like material consistent with synthetic marijuana was also found under the front passenger seat. Helsley was arrested and incarcerated in the Gibson County Jail where he is currently being held on a $750 cash bond.

  1. Keep the fake MJ illegal
Legalize real marihuana for home usage and it will take the criminal acts out of it

  2. That will not happen in Indiana. If your having trouble coping with life, I suggest you see a counselor.
