The UNITE CubeSAT, a satellite designed by USI students through a NASA grant, has been rescheduled for launch at 12:16 p.m. Wednesday, December 5 from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. The CubeSAT will be loaded on a SpaceX Dragon cargo spacecraft as it heads to the International Space Station on a resupply mission. From there, the satellite will be launched into orbit sometime in early 2019. You can read more about the entire project in the Fall 2017 issue of illume magazine.

Video of the launch will be live streamed at www.nasa.gov/nasalive, as well as at www.spacex.com/webcast.
